1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or used.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs may not be refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
